- Develop & actively Promote Sales within our channel partners on the country to achieve sales target plans. Work in conjunction with Sales team to identify areas of opportunity to work together with distributors. - Develop specific plans with the distributors to have accurate sales projections and provide inside information for S&OP process to improve overall satisfaction rates with channel partners. Consignment programs management. - Responsible for developing and managing customized follow-up reports and communication tools, to monitor sales growth strategies and programs - Lead the local Channel manager team, to reach the year accounts goals - Identify new distribution opportunities to enhance MSA foot print on the field and support sustainable growth in core products and markets. - Facilitate the creation of customized price lists, flyers, newsletters and specialized catalogs.
- Business Administration, Engineering or Marketing degree. - Minimum of 5 years of sales management & Distribution relations. - Proficient use of Microsoft "Excel" - English Advanced
