- Managing all operations in Mexico. - Ensure successful local planning and execution of the strategy. - Build and grow the brand in the country. - Work with other departments such as Sales, Customer Success, Customer Service, Finance and Marketing, locally and from headquarters to ensure strategy works well with all departments involved. - Steer the office by ensuring everyone knows the strategy, embodies the values of the company and protect them. - Proactively identify new business development opportunities within the market. - Build relationships with potential partners or clients in the healthcare space. - This role reports directly to the CEO.
- > 5 years of professional experience (preferably at least 3 years in healthcare industry). - Background in Entrepreneurship, Operations, Marketing/Business - Development or Management Consulting. - Understanding of the health industry is a major plus. - Proven track record of having worked in a rapidly growing and dynamic international organization. - Strong network to stakeholders in Mexico is a plus. - Fluent in English. - Very strong interpersonal and analytical skills. - Be a natural born leader with a passion for people. - Lead with empathy. - Hire, motivate, empower and retain the best talent available. - Extreme positive attitude, dedication, and ability to act as a role model to Huli and its values. - Self-motivated, proactive, hands on.
