Purpose of the Role:
- The E-Business Manager (Region) is responsible to define the e-business priorities (Digital Marketing and E-Commerce) for all countries within the region in alignment with the BU regional strategy, GtM strategy and the BU digital approach.
- Initiate, implement, support and follow up KPIs and set targets for the region in cooperation with relevant management teams.

Scope of the Role:
- Geographical scope: LATAM
- Business diversity and complexity: working for / supporting Digital Marketing & E-Commerce for LATAM, Chile E-Commerce and Digital Marketing & MX/CAM E-Commerce.

Main accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of the e-Business priorities for all countries within the region in alignment with the BU regional strategy, GtM strategy and BU digital plans.
- Develop Digital Marketing Strategy including Paid and Own platforms (Site & Social Media)
- Initiate propose and drive implementation of digital marketing plans
- Adapt global and regional communication for best utilization in digital channels
- Set correct and clear KPIs for digital activities, including E-Commerce (D2C & B2B)
- Drive / participate in Global and BU projects to ensure the regional E-Commerce and digital needs are represented.
- Drive/Support sales via external On-Line stores in cooperation with relevant stakeholders from other BUs and countries in the region.
- Ensure good understanding of trends and development for E-Business in the region.
- Contribute with the Market Places Strategy and E-Commerce guidelines.

Perfil deseado

Experience and qualification requirements:
University degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, communication.
- Min 5-7 years relevant experience in digital.
- E-commerce experience (Marketplaces or E-Retail)
- CPG knowledge or CPG company experience
- Very good communication skills, also in matters that are complex and deal with diverting interests
- Fluent in English.
